| | We are accepting both men and women with Alzheimer's and related demtentia as residents at Our Place Cares. |

| | Yes we in fact have a private room with its own bath for that very situation. |

| 3. | Do you have private rooms? |
| | No, it is our experience that individuals with Alzheimer's and other realted demntias are uncomfortable being alone at night. There is a certain comfort knowing there is someone else with them in the room. |

| 4. | Do you accept people who do not have a diagnosis of Alzheimer's? |
| | We have not accepted individuals who do not exhibit characteristics of dementia. We have found it is very difficult for someone who does not have cognitive impairment to live with individuals with the characteristics of memory loss, repetitive speech, and not capable of carrying on a conversation that is logical and clear. |

| 5. | As a family member how often can I visit or take my mom out of the facility? |
| | Our Place Cares is their home. You are always welcome to visit and we encourage you to continue your routines for as long as your loved one can tolerate the stimulous of the outside environment. There is no one more important in their lives then their families. Your continued support is imperative to their sense of well being. |

| 6. | What is the monthly cost? |
| | Our basic monthly fee is $2990.00. There may be additional cost but that is determined on an individual basis. |

| 7. | Do you have a waiting list? |
| | We keep a record of all referrals. If we do not have openings at the time of your initial contact we will call you as soon as an opening becomes available. |

| 8. | Do you take Medicaid? |
| | No, at this time there are no intitlements for Adult Foster Care. We are private pay. |

| 9. | How many staff do you have? |
| | We staff one employee to 6 residents on average. There are times there may be as many as three employees on duty at one time. We have a House Manager that works 40 varied hours a week. The House Manager oversee day-to-day operations. |
